Why is the S/L price not on the chart?

There are several reasons why the Stop Loss (S/L) price may not be displayed on the chart:

  1. Chart Settings: The chart settings might not be configured to show S/L lines. Check your MT4/MT5 settings in "Tools" - "Options", navigate to the chart tab and ensure that "show trade levels" are enabled for display.
  2. Price Distance: If the S/L level is set far from the current market price, it may be outside the visible range of your chart. Zoom out, change to a larger timeframe or adjust the chart price ratio to see a broader price range.
  3. Product Differential: Make sure the chart you are looking at is exactly the same as the product name, for example: XAUUSD and XAUUSD.s are technically different.
