Balance represents the total amount of funds you have deposited into your account, plus or minus any realised Profit and Loss from your trades, and also other potential fees.
Balance = Deposit amount + Realised PNL + Dividends + Rollover Fee + Stock Shares
Equity represents the real-time amount of your account, including your account balance and the unrealised Profit and Loss from open trades you currently have.
Equity = Balance + Unrealised PNL (including Swap and Commission) + Credit
