How to redeem the Refer A Friend Promotion voucher?

The refer reward is displayed within the Client Portal promotion page and is shown in the form of a voucher. Once the referee has completed the conditions of each corresponding phase, both parties (referrer and referee) can obtain the corresponding voucher. There are 3 stages to be completed before voucher redemption:

  1. Account approved
  2. Deposit an amount of 500 USD or equivalent within 1 month after account approval (E-WALLET deposit method will not be considered an eligible deposit in the RAF promotion).
  3. Three (3) lots of qualified trade on Forex/Gold/Silver/BTCUSD or Crude Oil products within 1 month after the account has been opened (The position must be held for a period of time greater than or equal to 30 minutes).

Upon completion of the 3 stages, both parties (referrer and referee) can click “Redeem”. Our relevant department will verify the requirement and eligible clients will receive the coupon amount after seven days.
