How to archive my credit card details if the card is no longer in use?

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, if you have deposited with a credit card before, you will need to withdraw the amount you have deposited with that particular card using the same exact card. Hence your withdrawable credit cards will be automatically selected.
 
However, if the particular card is no longer in use for various reasons, you have the option to archive the credit card.
 
  1. To archive the credit card, on the "Withdrawal" page, after inputting the withdrawal amount, the credit card will appear, click the button shown below to archive the credit card.


     
  2. A window will pop up below and select "Archive".


     
  3. Once "Archive" is selected, you will be required to upload the required documents to proceed with the archival process.

    - Official bank letter/email stating the card is no longer available
    - Bank Statement with transactions made with this card
     

 
After you have archived your card, you may submit a withdrawal request using other payment methods and wait for our relevant department to review your withdrawal request.
