Required Documents:
- Death Certificate
A clear copy of the official death certificate of the deceased account holder. - Marriage Certificate (if applying as the surviving spouse)
- Applicant’s Identification
A valid identification document such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence. - Will (if applicable)
- Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration (if applicable)

Recipient Bank DetailsA recent bank statement or bank account details for the account designated to receive the remaining funds.
