If an account holder has passed away and you require assistance regarding the trading account or remaining funds, please download and complete the PU Prime Deceased Account Asset Transfer Form, and submit it together with the relevant supporting documents listed below to info@puprime.com for our review.

- Death Certificate
A clear copy of the official death certificate of the deceased account holder. - Marriage Certificate (if applying as the surviving spouse)
- Applicant’s Identification
A valid identification document such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence. - Will (if applicable)
- Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration (if applicable)

Recipient Bank DetailsA recent bank statement or bank account details for the account designated to receive the remaining funds.
