How to modify security authenticator application?

  1. After logging into the Client Portal, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select “Verification” and select "Security Management".


     
  2. Select “Enable” to authorise Security Authenticator App. Clients are required to download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and scan the Authenticator code from the app.
 
For IOS:
Search Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator in the App Store
 
For Android:
Search Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator in the PLAY Store
 
 
  1. Next, use an in-app camera to scan the QR code provided or enter the setup key. Insert Authenticator APP verification code and tick to accept disclaimer to finalise the authenticator app linking.

Clients without Google Play Store or Apple App Store are required to use authenticators to proceed with withdrawals within the account.
 
 
Go to WeChat and search for Google Authenticator mini programme.
 

 
Click and accept the disclaimer and then click on ‘SIGN UP/LOG IN’
 

 
Click "Scan QR code".


 
  1. Insert Authenticator APP verification code and tick to accept disclaimer to finalise the authenticator app linking.
