How do I reset my authenticator?
Please ensure your device time zone is set to automatic and no VPN is turned on while using your authenticator.
To protect the security of your account's information, you should submit the request to info@puprime.com using your registered email. The necessary details include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for the Change
- Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity
- A selfie of yourself holding your Proof of Identity (An example is provided below for reference)
- Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity
Reminder: Please provide the proof of identity you submitted during the sign-up registration.
Once we have received all your information, the relevant department will process it within 1-3 working days.
Note: Please be advised that withdrawals will be unavailable for 48 hours after successful modification of your security authenticator.
